1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as a DSA agent on the Credlyf platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Agent Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and lead submission
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data as per RBI guidelines
• Not misrepresent loan terms or guarantees to customers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Update your profile information and bank details when required

3. Commission Structure

Commission is paid only on successfully disbursed loans. The commission rate varies by product type (PL, BL, HL, LAP) and is subject to change with prior notice. Credlyf reserves the right to modify commission slabs at any time.

4. Payout Terms

• Payouts are processed after loan disbursal by the lending institution
• Bank account details must be accurate and verified
• Processing time: 7-15 business days after disbursal
• Credlyf is not liable for delays caused by banking systems

5. Account Suspension and Termination

Credlyf reserves the right to suspend or terminate agent accounts for:

• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Violation of terms and conditions
• Failure to comply with KYC requirements
• Multiple customer complaints

6. Platform Usage

• Your login credentials are confidential; you are responsible for account security
• Do not share your account with others
• Report unauthorized access immediately
• Platform may undergo maintenance; we'll notify you in advance

7. Limitation of Liability

Credlyf is a loan facilitation platform and does not guarantee loan approval. Final approval decisions rest with partner banks and NBFCs. Credlyf is not liable for loan rejections or customer disputes arising from misunderstandings.

8. Amendments

Credlyf may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
