Partner Terms

The operational agreement governing the relationship between CredLyf and a registered Digital Partner.

Version 2.0 · Effective 18 August 2026 · Last updated 18 August 2026

1. Scope

These Partner Terms apply to every registered Digital Partner on the CredLyf platform and operate alongside the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. A Digital Partner is an independent sourcing partner — not an employee, agent or representative of CredLyf or of any Lender / Financial Institution, and has no authority to bind them.

2. Digital Partner Onboarding

  • Registration on the CredLyf partner platform with name, mobile number and email.
  • Mobile verification through OTP.
  • Completion of Partner KYC — PAN, identity and address proof, bank account details and, for entities, business documents.
  • Acceptance of these Partner Terms and the related policies.
  • Account activation once verification is completed and approved by CredLyf Operations.
  • CredLyf may defer, reject, restrict or suspend activation where verification fails, information is inconsistent, or compliance concerns exist.

3. Partner Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and current information about yourself and every Lead.
  • Source leads lawfully and ethically, without coercion, inducement or misleading claims.
  • Hold the appropriate authority and, where required, the consent of the prospective customer before submitting their information.
  • Make no promise or representation about loan approval, sanction amount, interest rate, insurance issuance, investment returns or timelines.
  • Do not use CredLyf or lender branding, logos, letterheads or communications without written authorisation.
  • Do not submit forged, tampered or fraudulent documents.
  • Do not submit duplicate, recycled or fictitious leads, and do not manipulate application records or status.
  • Do not collect any fee or deposit from a prospective customer in CredLyf's name.

4. Lead Submission

The lead form is intentionally simple. A Digital Partner selects a product from the catalogue and submits:

  • Name
  • Mobile number
  • Email
  • Professional details
  • Employment type — salaried or self-employed
  • Monthly income
  • Product selected

On successful submission the Platform confirms:

“Congratulations! Your lead has been submitted successfully. CredLyf team will contact you shortly.”

The Digital Partner can then track the submitted Lead and any resulting Application from the partner platform. Submission does not create any entitlement to processing, approval or Commission.

5. Application Process

  1. Digital Partner
  2. Lead Submission
  3. CredLyf Operations
  4. Lender / Financial Institution
  5. Processing / Approval
  6. Disbursement
  7. Commission
  8. Partner Payout

CredLyf Operations reviews and verifies each Lead, may request additional documents or clarifications from the Digital Partner, and forwards the opportunity to the relevant Lender / Financial Institution. Approval, eligibility, pricing, sanction terms and disbursement are decided solely by that institution. This is a partner sourcing workflow, not a customer onboarding journey — the prospective customer does not hold an account on the Platform.

6. Commission and Partner Payout

Commission eligibility, calculation, deductions, TDS and payout timing are governed by the applicable partner arrangement, the published payout policy and applicable law. Commission typically becomes eligible only after the Financial Product is successfully disbursed or activated and CredLyf has received the corresponding amount from the Lender / Financial Institution.

  • Commission is not guaranteed on any submitted Lead.
  • Payouts are made only to a verified bank account held in the Digital Partner's name.
  • Tax deducted at source and other statutory deductions apply where relevant.
  • Amounts may be withheld, adjusted or recovered in cases of cancellation, reversal, clawback by the institution, fraud or misrepresentation.
  • Payout statements and history are available on the partner platform.

Commission schedule and payout cycle reference to be confirmed by CredLyf finance and compliance.

7. Data Protection and Confidentiality

A Digital Partner must handle prospective customer information lawfully, collect only what is needed for the selected product, upload only required documents, and must not retain, resell or further share such information outside the Platform. Commercial terms, product criteria and internal processes shared by CredLyf are confidential.

8. Brand and Marketing Usage

Use of the CredLyf name, logo and creatives is permitted only in the form and context approved by CredLyf, solely for authorised sourcing activity. Partners must not create websites, social accounts, advertisements or communications that imply they are CredLyf, any Lender / Financial Institution, or a regulated entity.

9. Suspension and Termination

CredLyf may suspend or terminate a partner account for:

  • Fraud
  • Misrepresentation
  • Data misuse
  • Unauthorised lead submission
  • Policy violations
  • Regulatory or compliance issues
  • Abuse of the platform
  • Any other material breach of these Partner Terms

On termination, Platform access ends, pending Commission may be withheld pending investigation, and confidentiality, data protection and liability obligations survive.

10. Support

Partner support: support@credlyf.com · Grievances: Grievance Redressal · Office: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
