1. About the Platform
CredLyf provides a technology, distribution and workflow environment through which registered Digital Partners access financial-product opportunities, submit leads, and track applications, commissions and payouts. CredLyf is not a bank, NBFC, insurer or investment adviser and does not lend, underwrite, sanction, price, disburse or service any financial product.
There is no customer account, customer registration or customer login on the Platform. By registering or continuing to use the Platform, you accept these terms, the Partner Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Definitions
- Digital Partner — an individual or entity registered on the Platform to source financial-product opportunities and submit leads to CredLyf.
- Lead — a record submitted by a Digital Partner containing details of a prospective customer and the product requirement.
- Prospective Customer / Applicant — the person or entity whose details are submitted in a Lead. Not a registered Platform user.
- Platform — the CredLyf website, partner web application, mobile applications, internal portals and related services.
- Financial Product — a lending, banking, insurance, investment or other financial product offered by a Lender / Financial Institution and listed in the CredLyf catalogue.

- Lender / Financial Institution — the bank, NBFC, insurer, asset manager or other regulated product provider responsible for the Financial Product.
- Commission — the amount payable to a Digital Partner for a successfully concluded Application, calculated under the applicable partner arrangement.
- Payout — the actual remittance of eligible Commission to the Digital Partner’s verified bank account, after applicable deductions.
3. Partner Registration and Login
Access is granted only to registered Digital Partners and authorised internal users. Registration requires mobile verification by OTP, submission of the requested details and acceptance of these terms. Accounts are personal and must not be shared, transferred or resold. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your login.
4. Partner Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to contract under Indian law, or a duly constituted entity acting through an authorised signatory.
- You must be legally permitted to source and refer financial-product opportunities.
- You must provide accurate identity, business and bank details and keep them current.
- CredLyf may accept, defer, reject or revoke partner registration at its discretion, including for compliance reasons.
5. KYC Requirements
Partner KYC must be completed before a partner account is fully activated for lead submission and payouts. This may include PAN, identity and address verification, bank account validation and business documents. CredLyf may re-verify KYC periodically or where a discrepancy or risk indicator is identified, and may restrict account functions until verification is complete.
6. Partner Responsibilities and Accuracy
- Provide complete, accurate and current information in every Lead and in your own partner profile.
- Obtain the appropriate authority and, where required, the consent of the prospective customer before submitting their information.
- Do not make representations, promises or commitments on behalf of CredLyf or any Lender / Financial Institution, including about approval, eligibility, interest rate, sanction amount or timelines.
- Do not charge the prospective customer any fee for referral to CredLyf.
- Comply with applicable law, including data protection, anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering requirements.
- Cooperate with CredLyf Operations on verification, document collection and audit requests.
7. Lead Submission
Leads are submitted through the Platform lead form. Submission of a Lead does not create any entitlement to processing, approval or Commission. CredLyf may reject, de-duplicate, re-assign or close a Lead where it is incomplete, duplicated, unauthorised, fraudulent, or not aligned with the applicable product criteria.
8. Prohibited Activities
- Submitting false, fabricated, duplicate or fictitious Leads.
- Uploading forged, tampered or fraudulent documents.
- Submitting a person's data without authority or consent.
- Misuse, resale or unauthorised retention of personal data accessed through the Platform.
- Unauthorised use of CredLyf or lender branding, logos or communications.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk outreach or misleading advertising.
- Attempting to bypass Platform controls, scrape data, reverse engineer, or interfere with security or availability.
Fraud or misrepresentation may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of unpaid Commission, recovery of amounts already paid, and reporting to the relevant financial institution or authority.
9. Application Processing and CredLyf Operations
A submitted Lead is reviewed by CredLyf Operations, which may verify details, request documents, seek clarifications from the Digital Partner, and forward the opportunity to one or more Lenders / Financial Institutions. Status updates are made available to the Digital Partner on the Platform. CredLyf Operations acts as a facilitator and does not take credit, underwriting or pricing decisions.
10. Role of Lenders and Financial Institutions
Final approval, rejection, eligibility, pricing, sanction terms, documentation and disbursement are determined solely by the relevant Lender / Financial Institution in accordance with its own policies and regulatory obligations. CredLyf does not guarantee loan approval, insurance issuance, investment returns, interest rates, sanction amounts, disbursement or turnaround times. The applicable product terms are those issued by the Lender / Financial Institution to the applicant.
11. Commission and Payout
Commission is payable only where the conditions of the applicable partner arrangement and payout policy are satisfied — typically successful disbursement or activation of the Financial Product, receipt of the corresponding amount by CredLyf from the Lender / Financial Institution, and completion of partner KYC and bank verification. Commission is not payable on every submitted Lead.
Commission rates, slabs, clawback conditions and payout cycles are published or communicated separately and may be revised prospectively. Amounts may be adjusted, withheld or recovered in cases of cancellation, fraud, misrepresentation, early foreclosure-linked clawback by the Lender, or reversal of the underlying payment to CredLyf.
12. Taxes and TDS
Payouts are subject to deduction of tax at source and other statutory deductions where applicable. Digital Partners are responsible for their own tax registration, GST compliance where applicable, invoicing obligations and income-tax filings. Incorrect PAN or bank details may delay a Payout or attract higher withholding.
13. Suspension and Termination
CredLyf may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice depending on the severity, for fraud, misrepresentation, data misuse, unauthorised lead submission, policy or legal violations, regulatory concerns, abuse of the Platform, prolonged inactivity or other material breach. A Digital Partner may stop using the Platform at any time. Termination does not affect accrued rights, pending regulatory obligations or the survival of confidentiality, liability and governing-law provisions.
14. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its software, design, content, trademarks and brand assets belong to CredLyf or its licensors. Digital Partners receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform and approved marketing material solely for authorised sourcing activity. No other use, copying, adaptation or distribution is permitted.
15. Platform Availability
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Access may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages or events beyond our reasonable control. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CredLyf is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business, goodwill or anticipated Commission. CredLyf is not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, products, pricing or service quality of any Lender / Financial Institution or other third party. Where liability cannot be excluded, CredLyf’s aggregate liability is limited to the total Commission actually paid to the Digital Partner in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
17. Changes to the Platform and These Terms
We may add, modify, restrict or discontinue Platform features, products or partner programmes. These terms may be revised; the current version, its version number and the “Last Updated” date are published on this page. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through the grievance redressal process. Unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with proceedings in English, and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the seat of arbitration.
Seat and venue of arbitration, and the registered legal entity name, to be confirmed by CredLyf legal and compliance.
